Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every kit ships from our workshop in Orange County, CA. We build to order — meaning your kit gets made when you buy it, not pulled off a shelf. We've recently cut down our processing times and improved how fast orders move out the door. If you've dealt with us before and thought shipping was slow, that's changed.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. US orders typically arrive within a few business days of shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need it sooner. We also ship internationally — delivery times vary by destination and you're responsible for any customs or import fees on your end.

Returns

If the kit hasn't been installed and it's still in the original packaging, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Email us first at support@neoracing.store with your order number and the reason — we'll send you a return authorization and the instructions. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake on the order.

Once we receive the kit back and confirm it's uninstalled and in good shape, we'll process your refund within about a week.

Installed kits can't be returned — but if something's wrong with the kit itself, that's covered under warranty. That's the right path for that situation.

Custom builds and special orders are final sale.


Something Arrived Wrong or Damaged

If your order showed up damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo. We'll fix it, no debate.
