RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NEORACING, each lighting kit is assembled, prepared, and tested for the customer’s selected motorcycle and package. Because our products are made to order, customized, and placed into production shortly after purchase, the following policy applies.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, the order may already be in production, materials may have been allocated, or customization may have begun. The order will therefore become final and cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

To request a cancellation, contact us through our Support page and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The purchaser’s full name

  • The email address used at checkout

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation unless it is received and approved within the applicable period.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

NEORACING lighting kits are made to order and may be configured for a specific motorcycle, package, strip quantity, controller, color, layout, or installation requirement.

Customized products received as ordered are final sale and are not eligible for buyer-remorse returns, including returns based on:

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong package or motorcycle

  • Deciding not to install the product

  • Selling or modifying the motorcycle

  • Finding a different product or price elsewhere

  • No longer needing the product

Customers are responsible for reviewing their motorcycle information, package selection, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

Our normal estimated production period is approximately 3–5 weeks unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or communicated to the customer. This is a production estimate and does not include carrier transit time, weekends, holidays, customs processing, weather interruptions, or carrier delays.

If we become unable to ship within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will contact the customer with the available delay, cancellation, or refund options.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, NEORACING is not responsible for ordinary carrier delays. However, we will assist with legitimate lost-package or carrier claims when possible.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Customers must inspect the package shortly after delivery.

Shipping damage, incorrect products, or missing components must be reported within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. The request must include:

  • The order number

  • Clear photographs of the shipping box

  • Clear photographs or video of the product

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of all items received

Keep the original product packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

Do not install, cut, splice, modify, or discard an item believed to be incorrect. Products that have been installed or modified may not qualify as an incorrect-item return unless NEORACING authorized the installation or modification.

After verification, NEORACING may provide the missing component, replace the incorrect item, repair the affected product, issue return instructions, or provide another appropriate resolution.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

A product believed to have a manufacturing defect must first go through NEORACING’s troubleshooting and warranty process.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Their order number

  • Motorcycle year, make, and model

  • Photographs of the motorcycle

  • Photographs or videos showing the installation

  • A clear video demonstrating the reported issue

  • Wiring and connection photographs

  • Additional testing requested by support

NEORACING may require the controller, module, strip, wiring component, or complete product to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement.

A reported issue is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect. The product must be inspected or reasonably verified to determine the cause.

Approved manufacturing-defect claims will normally be resolved through repair or replacement. A refund may be provided when required by applicable law or when NEORACING determines that repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

ITEMS AND DAMAGE NOT COVERED

Returns, refunds, repairs, and replacements may be denied when the issue results from:

  • Incorrect or unauthorized installation

  • Incorrect voltage or power connection

  • Reversed polarity

  • Improper grounding

  • Loose, damaged, or incomplete connections

  • Cutting, splicing, shortening, extending, or modifying the product

  • Failure to reseal a cut strip or exposed connection

  • Pinched, stretched, crushed, burned, or pulled wiring

  • Water entering through an improperly sealed cut or connection

  • Road debris, accidents, crashes, impact, heat, chemicals, or pressure washing

  • Installation near moving or excessively hot components

  • Damage caused by the motorcycle or another aftermarket product

  • User error, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear, cosmetic wear, or expected degradation

  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery

Compatibility does not mean every strip must be installed without adjustment. Some kits are designed to be customizable and may require proper placement, routing, trimming, sealing, and installation based on the motorcycle.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Do not send any product back without receiving return authorization and return instructions from NEORACING.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the sender, or experience processing delays.

Unless the return is caused by a verified NEORACING fulfillment error or confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Customers should use tracked shipping and keep the receipt and tracking information.

NEORACING is not responsible for a return shipment that is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.

RETURN CONDITION

When a return is authorized, the product must be returned with all components requested by NEORACING.

Depending on the reason for return, the product may need to be:

  • Uninstalled

  • Uncut and unmodified

  • Free from physical damage

  • Returned with the controller, wiring, connectors, accessories, and packaging

  • Packaged securely to prevent shipping damage

Missing, damaged, altered, or substituted components may result in the claim being denied or the value of those components being deducted where legally permitted.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes collected by another authority, and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.

IN-PERSON INSTALLATION SERVICES

Appointment deposits, installation labor, diagnostic services, removal services, and other completed services are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been reserved or the service has begun, except where required by law or where NEORACING cancels the service.

Any rescheduling or cancellation requirements displayed on the installation product page or appointment confirmation also apply.

Damage caused after installation by accidents, motorcycle repairs, third-party modifications, removed panels, improper battery work, or another person altering the installation is not considered an installation defect.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact NEORACING Support and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the concern before initiating a payment dispute.

Opening a chargeback does not change the product’s condition, warranty requirements, return requirements, or the terms accepted at checkout. NEORACING may provide the payment processor with order records, customer communications, tracking information, proof of delivery, accepted policies, photographs, videos, and troubleshooting records when responding to a dispute.

LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

NEORACING reserves the right to refuse fraudulent, abusive, altered, incomplete, or unsupported claims to the extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Return & Refund Policy, along with the applicable product information, warranty terms, shipping policy, and Terms of Service.
