This website is operated by NEORACING. Throughout this website, the terms “NEORACING,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NEORACING.

NEORACING provides this website, including its information, products, lighting kits, installation services, content, features, and other services, subject to these Terms of Service.

The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any visitor, purchaser, account holder, installation customer, collaborator, or other person who accesses or uses this website.

By visiting our website, submitting information, placing an order, booking an installation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them, including our:

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree, you should not access the website, purchase a product, submit content, or use our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;

You are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;

The information you provide is accurate and complete; and

You will not use our website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not use the website in a manner that violates any applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with website security, or harms NEORACING or its customers.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

NEORACING offers motorcycle and vehicle lighting products, accessories, controllers, wiring systems, installation services, and related merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, videos, specifications, colors, features, package contents, and pricing accurately. However, lighting appearance may vary because of:

Screen settings;

Camera exposure;

Ambient lighting;

Motorcycle color and bodywork;

Installation location;

Controller settings;

Product generation or revision;

Viewing environment; and

Reasonable manufacturing differences.

Product images may include demonstration vehicles, prototype installations, optional accessories, upgraded packages, or professionally installed configurations. Only the components and features identified in the purchased product description are included.

A product image, social-media post, customer build, demonstration video, or installation example does not automatically modify the contents of the package purchased.

PACKAGE DIFFERENCES

NEORACING packages may differ in:

Controller or module;

Strip quantity;

Strip size or length;

Lighting coverage;

Brightness;

Color options;

Effects;

Wiring;

Water resistance;

Accessories;

Installation method; and

Included support.

Essential, Premium, GEN4, GEN5, Winter White, Off-Road, and other packages are separate products.

Features shown for a Premium, GEN5, Winter White, Off-Road, or professionally installed package are not automatically included in an Essential or other lower-tier package.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description and selected options before checkout.

MOTORCYCLE AND VEHICLE INFORMATION

Customers must provide accurate information regarding the motorcycle or vehicle, including the year, manufacturer, model, trim, modifications, and any other information requested by NEORACING.

NEORACING is not responsible for delays, incompatibility, additional work, or incorrect preparation caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

A kit prepared for a particular motorcycle may still require the customer or installer to determine proper:

Strip placement;

Routing;

Trimming;

Sealing;

Wiring;

Grounding;

Panel removal;

Adhesive preparation; and

Final installation layout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a model-specific kit does not guarantee that every component installs without adjustment.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many NEORACING lighting kits are made to order. Materials may be selected, allocated, cut, assembled, wired, programmed, tested, packaged, or otherwise prepared based on the customer’s selections.

Orders may be customized according to:

Motorcycle or vehicle information;

Selected package;

Strip quantity;

Strip length;

Controller;

Wiring configuration;

Color or design;

Installation requirements; or

Requested layout.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, made-to-order and customized products are subject to the cancellation, return, and refund terms in our Return & Refund Policy.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

NEORACING may accept, reject, limit, cancel, or request verification for an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

Product information or pricing is incorrect;

Inventory or materials are unavailable;

Payment cannot be verified;

Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;

The order cannot reasonably be completed;

Shipping restrictions apply;

The customer has provided incomplete information; or

The order would violate applicable law or these Terms.

An order is generally accepted when NEORACING confirms the order and begins fulfillment or production.

If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

ORDER LIMITATIONS

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, reseller, or order.

Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale, rebranding, copying, reverse engineering, or representation as another company’s product.

NEORACING products may not be purchased, repackaged, relabeled, altered, photographed, advertised, or sold in a manner that falsely identifies them as products made by another brand.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices may change without notice.

The price charged is the price displayed and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Customers are responsible for all applicable:

Sales taxes;

Shipping charges;

Customs fees;

Import duties;

Brokerage charges; and

Other government-imposed charges.

You authorize NEORACING and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the complete order total.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We may request identity, billing, address, or payment verification before producing or shipping an order.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes:

May have expiration dates;

May apply only to certain products;

May not be combined;

May be limited to one use;

May exclude shipping, taxes, deposits, or services; and

May be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted.

Discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

Affiliate, ambassador, collaborator, or promotional codes do not create an employment, agency, partnership, ownership, or endorsement relationship unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.

A cancellation request must be received and approved within the applicable cancellation period.

After 24 hours, materials may have been prepared, allocated, cut, assembled, tested, or customized. Orders that have entered production are generally final sale unless otherwise required by law or provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

PRODUCTION TIME

The normal estimated production period is approximately 3–5 weeks unless a different timeframe is displayed on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Production estimates may be affected by:

Order volume;

Customization;

Material availability;

Quality-control testing;

Weekends and holidays;

Severe weather;

Carrier interruptions; and

Events outside our reasonable control.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If NEORACING cannot ship an order within the promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide the delay, cancellation, consent, or refund options required by applicable law.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates begin after production is completed.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by:

Weather;

Customs processing;

Carrier volume;

Incorrect addresses;

Failed delivery attempts;

Transportation interruptions; and

Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

NEORACING is not responsible for loss, delay, redelivery charges, or other problems caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Risk-of-loss and delivery provisions are subject to applicable law.

Customers should promptly report a package that appears lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered so that NEORACING can review the matter and assist with any available carrier claim.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

All cancellations, returns, refunds, missing-item claims, damaged-item claims, defect claims, return authorizations, inspections, replacements, and replacement-return requirements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

The Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Do not return any product without written authorization and return instructions from NEORACING.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, returned to the sender, or denied where legally permitted.

WARRANTY AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Products believed to be defective must go through NEORACING’s troubleshooting and warranty-verification process.

We may request:

Order information;

Motorcycle or vehicle information;

Installation photographs;

Wiring photographs;

Connection photographs;

Grounding information;

Power information;

Testing results;

Videos of the reported issue; and

Return of the affected component.

A reported issue is not automatically a manufacturing defect.

Where a manufacturing defect is verified, NEORACING may repair or replace the affected component or provide another remedy consistent with our policies and applicable law.

INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Unless NEORACING performs the installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed safely and correctly.

Installation may involve:

Electrical wiring;

Battery connections;

Fuse installation;

Panel or fairing removal;

Adhesive preparation;

Routing around hot or moving parts;

Trimming;

Sealing;

Grounding; and

Testing.

If the customer is not qualified or comfortable performing the installation, the customer should use an experienced installer or motorcycle technician.

NEORACING is not responsible for damage caused by installation mistakes, incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, improper grounding, loose connections, pinched wiring, unsealed cuts, unauthorized modifications, accidents, pressure washing, excessive heat, moving parts, another aftermarket product, or repairs performed by another party.

MODIFICATION OF LIGHTING STRIPS

Certain lighting products may be customizable or cuttable.

Cutting, splicing, extending, trimming, or modifying a strip may permanently affect its water resistance, electrical performance, appearance, or warranty coverage.

Any cut or opened edge must be properly resealed.

Damage caused by incorrect cutting, sealing, wiring, or modification is not a manufacturing defect.

MOTORCYCLE OPERATION AND ROAD USE

Customers are responsible for using NEORACING products in compliance with all laws applicable to their location.

Rules regarding vehicle lighting, color, placement, flashing patterns, brightness, visibility, and road use vary by jurisdiction.

NEORACING does not represent that every color, effect, configuration, or installation is legal for use on public roads in every location.

Certain lighting modes may be intended for:

Shows;

Private property;

Off-road use;

Closed-course use; or

Stationary display.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular setup is legal and safe before operating the vehicle.

Lighting products should not obstruct required lamps, signals, reflectors, identification numbers, controls, vents, moving parts, or safety equipment.

IN-PERSON INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS

Appointment deposits reserve installation time and may be non-refundable once:

The appointment is confirmed;

Materials are prepared;

A stated cancellation period has passed; or

Other work has been declined to reserve the appointment.

Customers must arrive with a motorcycle or vehicle that is reasonably safe, accessible, and suitable for installation.

NEORACING may decline or reschedule an installation when:

The vehicle is unsafe;

Required panels cannot be removed;

Existing wiring is damaged;

Unauthorized electrical modifications are present;

The customer has not disclosed relevant modifications;

Weather or facility conditions prevent safe work; or

Additional labor or materials are required.

Installation labor and completed services are generally non-refundable after work begins or is completed, except where required by law or where NEORACING confirms that the agreed service was not provided.

Customers must report possible installation issues promptly and provide NEORACING a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the work.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

If you submit, upload, tag, send, or otherwise provide NEORACING with photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, motorcycle information, social-media handles, or other content, you represent that:

You created the content or have permission to submit it;

The content does not violate another person’s rights;

Any individuals shown have provided appropriate permission; and

The content is accurate and lawful.

Unless you clearly state otherwise in writing before submission, you grant NEORACING a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, resize, format, publish, display, repost, distribute, and promote submitted content in connection with NEORACING’s website, social media, advertising, customer-build galleries, and marketing.

This license does not transfer your ownership of the original content.

You may request that future uses stop by contacting us. Removal may not affect materials already printed, published, distributed, scheduled, or incorporated into completed campaigns.

REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

Reviews, testimonials, comments, collaboration applications, build submissions, support messages, and other submissions must not contain:

False information;

Threats or harassment;

Illegal content;

Malware;

Another person’s private information;

Fraudulent claims; or

Content intended to manipulate or abuse our systems.

NEORACING may moderate, reject, remove, or decline to publish submitted content where legally permitted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to NEORACING and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials may include:

NEORACING and NRX names;

Logos;

Product photographs;

Videos;

Graphics;

Packaging;

Manuals;

Wiring layouts;

Website designs;

Product descriptions;

Advertising materials;

Custom installations;

Artwork; and

Original social-media content.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, scrape, republish, sell, license, alter, distribute, remove watermarks from, or commercially exploit NEORACING content without prior written authorization.

Permission to view or share a public post does not grant permission to use it for another business, competing product, advertisement, listing, website, or brand.

PROHIBITED PRODUCT MISREPRESENTATION

You may not purchase or obtain a NEORACING product for the purpose of:

Selling it under another brand;

Removing or replacing NEORACING branding;

Claiming that another business designed or manufactured it;

Using it to create a substantially copied commercial product;

Using NEORACING photographs to market another product;

Falsely claiming an affiliation with NEORACING; or

Misleading customers about the source of the product.

NEORACING may take appropriate action against unauthorized copying, counterfeiting, false attribution, or commercial misuse.

WEBSITE USE

You may not:

Interfere with website security;

Attempt unauthorized access;

Introduce malware or harmful code;

Scrape or harvest website data without permission;

Use automated systems to place abusive orders;

Impersonate another person;

Submit fraudulent payment information;

Circumvent purchase limitations;

Copy protected website content;

Use the website for illegal purposes; or

Interfere with another customer’s use of the website.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

ACCOUNTS AND SUPPORT PORTALS

Certain support, warranty, order, or customer features may require an order number, email address, last name, password, or account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Contact NEORACING promptly if you believe your order information or account has been accessed without authorization.

Access to a support portal does not guarantee that a claim is covered.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may rely on third parties such as:

Shopify;

Payment processors;

Shipping carriers;

Analytics providers;

Social-media platforms;

Application providers; and

Embedded content providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

NEORACING is not responsible for the independent conduct, availability, security, or policies of a third party, except to the extent required by law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience.

NEORACING does not control or endorse every third-party website and is not responsible for its content, accuracy, security, products, or practices.

Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before completing a transaction or providing information.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, specifications, or other website information may occasionally contain an error or omission.

NEORACING may correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order where legally permitted.

If an accepted order is cancelled because of an error, any payment collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded as required by law.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website or every feature will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or modify website features or services where legally permitted.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

NEORACING does not guarantee that:

The website will always be uninterrupted;

Every error will be corrected immediately;

Every product will produce identical results on every motorcycle;

Every lighting configuration is legal in every jurisdiction; or

Every third-party service will remain available.

Product warranties are limited to the written warranty terms applicable to the purchased product.

Nothing in this section limits a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEORACING will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.

This may include lost profits, lost business, lost data, loss of use, missed opportunities, or damage resulting from improper installation or unlawful vehicle operation.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, NEORACING’s liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold NEORACING harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your unlawful use of the website;

Your violation of these Terms;

Your infringement of another person’s rights;

Content you submit;

Your unauthorized resale or rebranding of a product; or

Your installation, modification, or use of a product in violation of applicable law.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by NEORACING’s own unlawful conduct.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact NEORACING Support and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve a concern before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

When responding to a dispute, NEORACING may provide relevant records to the payment processor, including:

Order details;

Checkout records;

Accepted policies;

Customer communications;

Tracking information;

Delivery confirmation;

Troubleshooting records;

Photographs and videos;

Return instructions; and

Inspection results.

Opening a dispute does not eliminate obligations that legally remain enforceable under these Terms or the applicable policies.

FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ACTIVITY

NEORACING may reject or close claims that appear fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, incomplete, or unsupported, where legally permitted.

This may include:

Altered evidence;

Substituted products;

Incomplete returns;

False non-delivery reports;

Intentional product damage;

Payment fraud;

Refusal to complete reasonable verification; or

Repeated misuse of support or replacement procedures.

TERMINATION

NEORACING may suspend or terminate access to the website or services for a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security threats, abusive conduct, or unlawful activity.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, submitted content, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer-protection laws of the customer’s jurisdiction must legally apply.

Subject to any non-waivable consumer right, legal proceeding relating to these Terms may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Orange County, California.

This provision does not prevent either party from using a lawful small-claims procedure or another remedy required by applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers are responsible for understanding applicable customs, import, vehicle-lighting, and consumer laws.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory right provided by the law applicable to an international customer.

Where local law gives a customer greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory local law will control.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless a different application is required by law.

The Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or accepted by both parties.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

NO WAIVER

A failure by NEORACING to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable product description and incorporated policies, form the agreement between the customer and NEORACING concerning the website, order, product, or service.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific written agreement, the more specific written agreement will control for that product or service.
