FAQ

Will this fit my bike?

Use the Build Your Kit tool — it's there specifically so you don't have to guess. Every kit we build is spec'd to a year, make, and model. If you're still not sure after that, email us your bike info and we'll tell you straight.

How long does installation take?

Most people are done in 1 to 3 hours. It's plug-and-play for standard setups — no cutting, no splicing. We include an install guide with every order, and there are video walkthroughs available too. If you're local to OC, we also do installs in person.

Is it waterproof?

No. Our kits are water-resistant, which means they handle rain and road spray fine. They are not designed for submersion or direct pressure washing. If a specific product is IP67-rated, it'll say so on the product page — that's the only exception. Read the listing before you buy.

Is it heatproof?

No. Heat-resistant means it handles normal riding conditions and engine bay temps. It doesn't mean you can run strips right against your exhaust. Mount them away from direct heat sources and you'll be fine.

How does the warranty work?

Every kit comes with 12-month coverage on manufacturing defects, no registration needed. We also have monthly NeoCare plans if you want ongoing replacement coverage with strip limits per month. Full details on the Warranty page.

How do I make a claim?

Email support@neoracing.store with your order number, a photo or short video of the problem, and a quick description of what happened. We'll get back to you within the turnaround time for your plan — or within 1-2 business days on standard warranty.

How long does shipping take?

We've recently improved our processing and fulfillment. Orders ship from our OC workshop — see the Shipping page for current timeframes. We've made real changes here and it shows.

Can I return my kit?

Yes, within 30 days, as long as it hasn't been installed or modified and it's in the original packaging. Installed kits aren't returnable but they are covered under warranty. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I customize the colors?

Most of our kits are app-controlled via Bluetooth and support full RGB color changes, animations, and brightness. Check the specific product listing for app compatibility.
