🕒 How long does my order take to process and ship?
Typically, NeoRacing orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
However, due to high demand, backorders, and our relocation to a new expanded facility, current processing times are temporarily extended to 3–4 weeks.
This delay ensures every lighting system is custom-built, fully tested, and quality checked before shipping.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or DM.
💡 What if my light strip breaks or stops working?
All NeoRacing lighting kits come with a Free 1-Year Warranty, which covers:
Manufacturer defects
One-time accidental damage or improper installation
If a strip, controller, or component fails, simply contact @NRXCUSTOMERCARE with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll repair or replace the part free of charge and help with reinstallation if needed.
🔧 What if the installation is done incorrectly?
If your system doesn’t power on or respond after installation, our support team can help you troubleshoot through step-by-step video or live guidance.
If it’s a wiring or connection issue, your one-time warranty still covers a replacement or adjustment.
You can also choose our in-store installation option for a professional setup with guaranteed functionality.
